Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Surplux Global, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 14 days of placing it. Cancellation requests submitted after this period may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and purchase details.

Subscription and Recurring Purchases

If your purchase includes a subscription or recurring payment option, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Once a recurring payment has been processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation, but you may cancel future charges.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled after 14 days.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy and EU Right of Withdrawal Policy, where applicable.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
