Because we work with international suppliers, we only offer returns/refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Window
You may request a return/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must provide:
• Clear photos or video showing the issue
• Order number
• Description of the problem
We Refund Only When:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item, color, or size
• The item never arrived (lost shipment)
No Physical Returns
Customers do not need to return the product due to international shipping limitations.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Items delivered in perfect condition
• Sale/Clearance items
• Used or worn items
